Working alongside the engineering office Resonance, irmos conducted a data-driven seismic assessment of four buildings owned by AXA Real Estate. Using advanced vibration measurements and real-time data analysis, irmos provided a highly accurate model of the buildings’ seismic performance. This enabled a precise and optimized retrofit plan that reduced costs, CO2 emissions, and minimized tenant disruption. By focusing on reinforcing the necessary elements only, irmos ensured a reliable seismic safety evaluation while maintaining operational continuity.
