Rosenberg Tunnel

In collaboration with the Swiss Federal Office for Roads (ASTRA), irmos implemented a data-driven solution to monitor the Rosenberg Tunnel's highway slab in real time. By using advanced vibration sensors and machine learning techniques, irmos provided continuous insights into the structural integrity and remaining service life of the slab. This proactive approach allowed ASTRA to avoid immediate retrofits while maintaining full control over the structure's condition. The system's predictive maintenance capabilities enable timely planning of repairs, reducing costs and minimizing the risk of unexpected downtimes.
